Mohammed is our founding Optometrist and Managing Director. He was born and brought up in Newcastle and is a passionate Geordie who lives and breathes the trials and tribulations of ‘The Toon’. He is also a keen listener of podcasts on a variety of subjects. He enjoys watching Romcoms on Netflix with his with wife.

Kazim Bhojani BSc (Hons) MC Optom

Our Optometrist Kazim loves to travel and has visited 9 countries in the last 2 years including Nepal, Indonesia and Costa Rica. He has a passion for ensuring there are good standards of eye care across the globe. He has helped to develop the first eye care department in rural North Pakistan supporting a local charity!

Ashleigh Gegan

Practice Manager and Dispensing Optician

Ashleigh likes keeping fit on her spin bike and participating in cardio tennis. She also enjoys spending time with family and carrying out renovations to her really old cottage. She loves the Dorset coast and is hoping to walk all 630 miles of the South West coast path.

Lucy Watts

Ophthalmic Dispenser

Lucy likes cross stitch, drawing caricature style portraits, listening to podcasts about the super-natural and participating in pub quizzes. Lucy is a great cook and her favourite meal to make is a Sunday Roast with all the trimmings!

Samantha Stretton

Ophthalmic Dispenser

Sam enjoys walks in the countryside with her chocolate Cocker Spaniel Harley and spending time with her two children. She is an amateur astronomer and is often found stargazing through her telescope or visiting The Space Centre in Leicester.

Minal Jethwa-Bhatt

Optical Assistant

Minal enjoys travelling, especially to Nairobi in Kenya where she grew up. She also likes reading, eating spicy food (she puts chilli powder on everything!) and spending time with her Zuchon, Patch. Minal is also a certified nail technician and creates beautiful designs for friends and family.
